We sell grassfed Angus beef by the whole and half. We also sell pasture-raised pork by the whole or half. Our beef and pork may also be purchased in individual cuts at the various Farmers’ Markets we attend. Please contact us for details.
We calve out approximately 40 cows each May. Their offspring are raised here and spend their entire lives on our farm. Currently we buy young weaner pigs from another farmer. We then raise them to market weight on our farm.

We believe strongly in working with nature and believe it is important to foster a diverse ecosystem on our farm. We do not use any chemical spray or fertilizer on our land. Our cattle are rotated through pastures and are not fed grain. Our dugouts are fenced off so that the livestock cannot contaminate their water source. This also provides habitat and nesting for many varieties of waterfowl. Six years ago, we planted a half mile shelterbelt, comprised of 5 species of trees and bushes. This was planted to counter the effects of soil erosion and to provide habitat for wildlife.
Our beef and pork sausages are gluten-free.
